Hydrate Your Body
Hydration plays a crucial role in maximizing the benefits of your infrared sauna experience. As your body begins to heat up, it enters a state of perspiration, which leads to fluid loss. Proper hydration before your session helps maintain optimal body temperature, promotes efficient detoxification, and enhances circulation. Dehydration can hinder your body's ability to sweat effectively, reducing the overall benefits of the sauna, such as improved skin health and muscle recovery. By drinking enough water before, during, and after your session you ensure that your body can fully engage in the detoxifying process and reap the many rewards of your infrared sauna session. We will also provide complementary water while you are getting checked in.
Arrive 5 Minutes Early
Arriving five minutes early for your infrared sauna session allows for a smooth check-in process. It's also an opportunity to relax and mentally prepare for your session, enhancing the overall experience. Once you have been checked in, our staff will show you to your private suite.
Dress for Comfort
When preparing for your infrared sauna appointment, comfort and practicality should guide your choice of attire. It's advisable to avoid heavy fabrics that can trap heat and moisture. Lightweight, breathable clothing, such as a moisture-wicking athletic shirt and shorts are okay. Swimsuits are better, but your birthday suit is best, along with our complimentary towel service. No flip-flops inside of the sauna. Bringing a pair of flip-flops or sandals for easy removal before entering the sauna is okay, and we recommend bringing one of the above options to get dressed in after your session has finished. Think athleisure. Dressing appropriately ensures a more pleasant and effective sauna experience, allowing you to focus fully on relaxation and detoxification.
During the Session
During an infrared sauna session, the process of perspiring is distinctly different from that of a traditional sauna. Infrared saunas use infrared light to directly heat the body, allowing for a deeper perspiration without just simply heating up your skin with hot air. This leads to a more comfortable environment where individuals can sweat profusely without the oppressive heat often associated with traditional saunas. As the body temperature rises, you will start to perspire within 10-20 minutes. As you become a more seasoned user, your body will begin to release toxins even sooner. The result is a unique experience where the body can enjoy the benefits of sweating while finding relaxation in a more breathable atmosphere.
After the Session

To elevate the post-session experience, we provide a cool, refreshing, moist eucalyptus/lavender towel, soothing your skin and invigorating your senses. Be sure to replenish and rehydrate from our fridges stocked with both alkaline & coconut water as well as other nutrient-dense beverages.
